The goal is to enhance and strengthen business capabilities, such as improving business efficiency and increasing sales, by recognizing and analyzing the company’s strengths and weaknesses in its current environment, and introducing IT tools that meet management challenges and demands.

Yes, they are eligible for subsidies. Here are the details
“Cloud version:
You can receive a subsidy for half of the total amount, which is 487,500 yen, of the one-year TELEONEPLUS usage fee (900,000 yen) and the initial setup cost (75,000 yen). Your actual cost will be 487,500 yen × (1 – subsidy rate 1/2) = 487,500 yen. However, for the second year and onwards, you will need to apply for IT adoption subsidies again and be approved.”“On-Premise version:
You can receive a subsidy for half of the total amount, which is 1,040,000 yen, of the TELEONEPLUS implementation cost (1,500,000 yen) + setup assistance fee (150,000 yen) + one year of annual support (180,000 yen) + sales management tool (250,000 yen).
Your actual cost will be 1,040,000 yen × (1 – subsidy rate 1/2) = 1,040,000 yen.

No, it won’t be eligible. Only the products registered as IT tools and purchased will be eligible for subsidies.

The IT adoption subsidy is open for applications several times a year based on the government’s budget. Even if you’re not selected, there will be opportunities to try again.
