Easily manage budgeting and actual performance through project management integrated with financial aspects.

Trans-Cosmos is a large organization, so there are various differences within the company depending on the location. For example, when it comes to quotes and invoices, the methods and workflows for creating them are inconsistent. Also, since different individuals create them and project members are different, there were issues such as invoices being issued for completed projects and delayed realizations of such occurrences.

We operate with a goal-oriented approach. In other words, ‘doing X by doing Y.’ The necessary functions to improve our issues (centralizing project management, quote and invoice creation, user interactions, etc.) were all available within TELEONEPLUS, so we decided to implement it.

It’s a project management tool that also integrates financial aspects. While there are many project management tools out there, not many of them, like TELEONEPLUS, combine financial elements. It’s not just about operational management; it also makes financial planning and budget management, such as budgeting and expense tracking, easier.

It’s not just a simple administrative tool; from a management perspective, what’s great is that you can clearly see the key points on the dashboard and then drill down from there. Managers usually don’t have the time to look at each individual detail unless it’s something significant.

Also, the ability to customize to a certain extent was a crucial factor. Often, with regular packages, customization might be restricted or come with a hefty price tag. However, I believe TELEONEPLUS offers a good level of flexibility to align with our clients’ needs.

Also, the UI is visually appealing. It has a clean design that gives off a sense of your style, Mr.Takada. The ability to customize is another aspect that resonates with your approach.

It’s suitable for individuals, small to medium-sized businesses, and local companies.
The reason is that it allows centralized management, which is crucial when handling multiple projects simultaneously.

If we could switch between multiple currencies and languages, I think it would be beneficial for overseas companies as well.

When it comes to project management tools, there are many tools for process and task management, but there aren’t many that integrate financial management. That’s why I find it intriguing to use TELEONEPLUS, as it allows us to manage projects from a financial perspective, including budget management.

Also, while accounting software can generate quotes and invoices, it lacks the capability to directly send them to clients or engage in direct conversations with users. There’s no feature for external communication. With TELEONEPLUS, we handle all interactions with external parties, and only transfer specific figures to our accounting system. This approach ensures smoother and more convenient communication with clients.

Furthermore, I also think that by effectively integrating with other systems, we could achieve even more automation. For instance, if we loosely couple TeleOne Plus with our accounting system, we could manage everything through TELEONEPLUS as the entry point. From there, data could seamlessly flow into the accounting system automatically… I believe such usage is possible.

Our company conducts transactions in Japanese Yen, Vietnamese Dong, US Dollar, and Thai Baht, at the very least these three currencies. Occasionally, we also deal with South Korean Won and Chinese Yuan. However, since we are a Japanese-based company, all reports are submitted to the headquarters in Japanese Yen.

So, we handle accounting in Vietnamese Dong, but for external reports and reports to the headquarters, we use Japanese Yen. We set Yen as the base currency for exchange rates, and individual project interactions are done in specific currencies. Reporting is done in Yen. From a management perspective, aligning the reports sent to Japan and the dashboards at hand was a business requirement, so we requested customization.

That’s right, it’s about workflow. For quotes and invoices, it’s common to want to include supervisor approval before sending them to clients. So, having an internal approval feature would be beneficial, I believe.

Also, in our company, we deal with multiple currencies. However, the formats for quotes and invoices vary depending on the project or country. So, having multiple templates like ‘Template A for this project’ and ‘Template B for that project’ would be great.
