You can classify inquiries and register them as “Inquiry Types.” Whether it’s the default ones or customized ones, you have the flexibility to edit or add new types to suit your company’s needs.
Clients can select from the registered Inquiry Types on the inquiry form.
By having the Inquiry Types listed in the inquiry list, you can better understand the clients’ requests, not just from the title of the inquiry but also from the chosen Inquiry Type.

Streamline the process and reduce some manual work

To make it easier for team members to handle inquiries and reduce response time, you can set up convenient management options for inquiries.
You can arrange comments to indicate if they are yet to be addressed and even set up references to relevant projects within the inquiry list.
This collaboration system helps cut down the little hassles involved in handling and managing inquiries, supporting an improvement in work efficiency.
