You can set up notifications for a total of 42 items, including settings related to schedules and projects, edits, incoming chats, billing relationships with clients… and more.
For each item, you can set notifications to be sent to the email registered in your account or to the header of TELEONEPLUS.
This reduces the hassle of reporting and communication, supporting efficient collaboration among teams and with clients.

For each notification setting, the recipients of notifications can also be set in detail. You can set clients, teams, or individual members.
For chat and message comments, you can even set notifications to be sent to specific individuals using the “@” mention feature.
